What is Sublimation Printing?

Dye-sublimation printing is a computer printing technique which uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. The result is a permanent, full color image that won’t crack, peel or wash away from the substrate. It is a long lasting print that allows us to offer so many unique and custom items!

What is Vinyl Application?

Vinyl printing is all about heat transfer. A machine cuts out letters and designs from colored vinyl and they are applied through heat-pressing them onto the fabric to transfer the color to it. Vinyl printing depends on a combination of pressure and heat. You can use single or multiple colors of vinyl to be applied and we offer many different colors as well as glitter options.

WHAT IS EMBROIDERY?

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread. We use machines that can precisely stich single or multiple color designs onto a wide range of fabrics.

WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING?

Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. Each color in the design has its own screen and can be layered on top of one another.

What does Digitizing a file mean?

Digitizing creates a machine-ready embroidery design. Digitizing is the process of converting a file into a sequence of instructions the embroidery machine can interpret to sew thread in a specific way.

Can I order custom pieces?

YES! If you have a photo, design, business logo, or graphic that you want printed, we can do it. You can contact us here (link) to tell us more about your project and what you are looking for.

How long does it take for custom pieces to be completed?

We like to give a 2 week turnaround time frame for most of our products, especially our quilts and highly custom items. We will provide you with a proof of your product before completion to require your approval. So the sooner you respond to a proof, the quicker we can get an item completed. You will be notified once your product has shipped.

Can I return a custom item?

We currently do not accept returns on custom items; Unless the final product received has an error that was not on the approved proof.
